What should I do if I would like to return the defective item?

  • Please contact ASEHER within 5 days upon receiving the item. ASEHER currently do not allow returns. However, if the item(s) is(are) defective, you are to take photos of the items of the defective area so that ASEHER can investigate the condition of the item.

  • Once you have send the photos, ASEHER will take 2-3 days to look into the condition. As soon as we confirmed it is defective, we will give you a full refund in ASEHER wallet. You may then have the option to use the credit to purchase another item. In other words, you may also keep the item with you for good.

  • The reason ASEHER does this method of refunds is because we want customer to save the hassle of returning the items and the return shipping cost. ASEHER encouraged an environmental friendly in terms of shipping and labor cost and packing materials.

  • ASEHER ensure the quality of the goods to minimise the possibilities of defects. Our team will inspect each and every order of items before shipping them out.

  • ASEHER encourages customers to measure your body accurately to match the sizes in the size charts provided in each product.

1. Take photos and video of the defect area

2. Copy your order number.

3. Click on the "Report & Refund" button below.

4. Email us by attaching your photos and video. Copy paste your order number in the email. Click "Send".
